Requirements to receive funds

The person receiving funds must verify their identity through a two-factor authentication process. The email submitted must match the email on file with your TeamSnap account.

Please note, our payment processor may require additional documentation to verify your identity, PayPal, Venmo or bank information. 

How to accept funds

Once your Team Fundraiser has reached its Campaign End Date, there are a few ways a Team Owner or Manager can accept the funds from a TeamSnap Fundraiser.

You can claim your team funds here. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to Accelerist
  2. Click “money” icon
  3. Verify your email
  4. Collect funds through your PayPal or Venmo account

TeamSnap Fundraisers usually process payments within minutes, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

Choosing a payout type

When claiming funds from a TeamSnap Fundraiser, powered by Accelerist, a Team Owner or Manager will be able to choose to transfer funds into a PayPal or Venmo Account.

Fundraising campaign claim deadline

Once a Team Fundraiser has reached its Campaign End Date, the Team Owner and Manager will receive an email notification from TeamsnapFundraising@Accelerist.com to claim their funds. The TeamSnap Fundraising team will send a few reminders and opportunities to claim the funds over the course of 40 days.

If a Team Owner or Manager has not claimed funds from a TeamSnap Fundraiser, powered by Accelerist, within 40 days, Accelerist will allocate the unclaimed funds to a vetted charitable organization of its choice that supports youth sports.
